Some Creative Staging and Styling tips:

  • Paint bedrooms and bathrooms a warmer or deeper hue to create calm, intimacy and coziness.

​

  • Increase the wattage in your lamps and fixtures and have at least three different types of lighting to create warm welcoming rooms.

​

  • Rearrange furniture away from walls and walkways to open rooms for a larger look and obvious traffic flow.

​

  • Declutter and remove anything that doesn't serve a purpose to that particular room.

​

  • Paint or wallpaper inside built -in bookcases or niches to make them pop.
